focused lesson

Focused Lesson | 30min | $50

The 30-minute Focused Lessons are designed to be flexible and effective, fitting easily into your weekly routine. Ideal for clients aiming to build consistency in their Pilates Practice, these sessions work well as a standalone practice two or more times a week or as a complement to our 55-minute Essentials Lesson.

In a Focused Lesson, you can use it as a dedicated one-on-one time to zero in on specific exercises where you want extra guidance, or a perfect choice if you're just beginning your Pilates journey, looking to build a new habit, or seeking a more affordable way to practice regularly.

Package purchases are available and expire sooner than Essentials packages, encouraging a regular and active approach to your practice.

Mat practice

One Lesson | 55min | $45

A dedicated space to refine and build your mat skills. This online-only session is open to all levels, to focus on the depth of the mat work. A self guided class centered solely on the mat, this class encourages individual practice, allowing you to move at your own pace with guidance when needed.

Each month, we’ll feature an Exercise of the Month to dive deeper into specific techniques. At the end of each class, we’ll set aside time to explore this exercise together, helping you understand and master its finer details. This class is the perfect way to start your week centered and inspired.
